Recent Pictures
Here are some pictures from last week. Cooper and I had a playdate with Anna and Elliott, and Jessica and Xander. Cooper is the oldest at 6 months, Elliott is almost 5 months and Xander is 4 months. It was a lot of fun and I'm excited to do that more often.
Saturday Sharon, Cooper and I went to the Mothertree Winter Tea Party. Mothertree is our doula service and it was fun to see all the babies. Our entire birth class was at the event and all our babies are between 6 months and 8 months old. It was awesome to see everyone and to see all the different stages and how each baby gets to them on their own time. There were babies at eight months moving like maniacs and some at 9 months that were still stationary. Cooper had a blast playing with the babies although he did get a bit overstimulated and that was our cue to leave.

More Maui Pictures
Cooper was exhausted yesterday after walking all over Kihei and Wailea. He took a long afternoon nap.
Today we made it to the beach and sat for several hours playing and napping. We decided to rest on the grassy area of the park, not on the sand for lack of an umbrella.
The waves were big and loud. We watched the surfers and boggie boarders.

Maui pictures
Here are some pictures of Cooper on our way to Maui. He loved looking out the airplane window.
He did great on th plane and it was a long trip. We had to go to Salt Lake first and had a three hour lay over there. When we boarded the plane in Salt Lake it was snowing so they had to de-ice the plane, we were on the runway for about an hour while they did that. Once we were airborne the flight took 6 hours. Cooper did awesome, he wasn't fussy, he took a few naps and played with some of his toys.
This picture is for Elliot. Cooper loves playing with his blocks. We brought them with us because he can grip them easly and bring them up to his mouth (and throw them on the floor). Thanks for the present.
We had a little hotel crisis when we arrived. To make a long story short, the travel agent screwed up big time on the reservation and we are not staying at the Four Seasons ($900 a night) and are at te Best Western down the road. It's a nice hotel, right on the beach.
So far on our trip, Cooper and I are walking a lot, everywhere. We have walked about 7-8 miles a day. Yesterday was the longest walk, I was a bit too ambitious. I walked about 5 miles to get to this shopping area, then Sharon picked us up and took us into town. At about 8:30 a.m. Cooper is ready to get outside. He fusses until I take him outside. Once he's in the stroller he is content as can be. Today we are going to the beach. The weather is nice and warm, 80's and sunny.
